The non refundable deposit is the higher of 10% of the rental cost or $300 which secures your booking, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit of $250 is due with the final balance, which is fully refundable pending inspection from the management company within 7 days of your departure.
Pool and spa heat is optional and is charged at $30 per night. This can be requested at time of booking or on site at the villa. For bookings of fewer than 7 nights, there is a cleaning charge of $195.
Cancellation Policy after balance has been paid is 50% refund if more than 6 weeks prior to arrival date; 0% if closer than 6 weeks to arrival date. The booking deposit is non-refundable.
